1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

QR SaaS provides dynamic QR code creation, management, and scan analytics. We offer a free tier (up to 2 active QR codes) and a paid subscription.

3. Account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
One account per person; you may not share accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use QR SaaS to:

Distribute malware, phishing links, or other harmful content via QR codes.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Infringe intellectual property rights of third parties.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or attack the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Mollie.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
No refunds for partial months.
Prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your country.

6. Data and privacy

Please see our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

QR SaaS is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect damages (lost revenue, data loss, etc.). Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in [City], the Netherlands.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
